New Hampshire Increases Court Fees Dramatically, Starting August 1st

The State of New Hampshire Administrative Office of the Courts has issued an order amending and significantly increasing court fees, which goes into effect August 1, 2009. Under the new order, a fee of $20 per name will be assessed for up to 5 names. Additional names will be assessed $5 per name.

The current cost for 9 names is $10. Under the new order, the fees will increase the cost for 9 names to $120.
